Privacy policy
This policy covers this website and Pixel Art Enigma Publishing, the owner-operated publishing integration for the Pixel Art Enigma channel. Tagorend Productions is the project’s umbrella brand. Privacy enquiries: coogar.gaming@gmail.com.
Website visitors
This website has no account registration, contact forms, advertising trackers or website analytics scripts. Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and secure the website. If you email us, your email address and message are processed by the email provider and used to respond.
Google and YouTube data
The owner connects their own channel through Google OAuth in a local, self-hosted Postiz installation. Data processed can include Google account identity, channel identity and details, video metadata, uploaded media, publishing status, analytics reports and OAuth access and refresh tokens. Broad YouTube permissions can also permit access to comments, captions and associated partner content where used. Public visitors cannot connect their accounts through this website.
Purpose and limits
Google data is used to authenticate the owner, identify the authorised channel, prepare and publish approved content, verify publishing results and review channel performance. It is not sold, used for targeted advertising or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
Pixel Art Enigma Publishing’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and sharing
Postiz credentials, tokens and operational data are stored in the owner-controlled local installation and project storage. They are not included in this public website. Approved media and metadata are sent to Google and YouTube for publishing and analytics requests. Hosting and email providers process information needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Owner-authorised AI-assisted tools may help prepare content and review publishing evidence. Credentials and OAuth tokens are not intentionally provided as content to those tools. This policy does not authorise sharing private viewer information with an AI service.
Retention and security
Tokens are retained while the channel connection is needed. Operational records are kept while needed for publishing, troubleshooting, permissions evidence and audit history. If the integration is discontinued, stored credentials and unnecessary account data should be removed; required publishing and rights records may be retained. The evaluation currently has no automatic deletion schedule.
Local installation access is restricted to the owner and tools the owner authorises. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Revoking access and deletion
The owner can revoke access in Google Account connections and disconnect the channel in Postiz. Revocation prevents further authorised API use but does not automatically erase stored records or remove videos already uploaded to YouTube. Email the contact above for access, correction or deletion requests. Requests are assessed against the information held and applicable retention obligations.
Other services and changes
Google, YouTube, Cloudflare and email providers have their own privacy policies. This policy will be updated if the project’s actual data practices change.
